Do You Have What It Takes to Start an Internet Based Home Business?
Have you ever, dreamed of lounging around your home, while your internet based business just runs itself making you millions? If you are one of those people, the please don’t read any further. In the alternative, if you are hard working, and dedicated to your dream of running a business that is based on the internet from home, then I have some suggestions that might help you start down the right path.
This is where most people will stop, when they read the words hard work. But if you are willing to be committed to your dream then it is possible to start up and successfully run an internet based home business. There are opportunities every day, that are available to everyone, you just have to go out and find them. From freelancing for outsourcing companies all over the world, to currency leveraging, to data entry, to assembly, to home marketing, the opportunities are endless. I want to help you learn how to make money online by opening your eyes to some of the opportunities that are out there, and help you avoid some scams along the way.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Things to consider are:
- What are your goals? Are you trying to just make extra money, while keeping a full time job? Or are you looking to replace your income completely with your Internet Based Home Business? How long will it take? Realistically?
- Have you brainstormed for ideas for a business? Do you already have a business in mind? How much time and money will it require to get your internet based business off the ground?
- Will your online business provide services to a specific area or demographic?
- Will your internet business be run out of your home, and eventually need a bricks and mortar office?
- Will you need to have additional employees to help once the business takes off? Maybe a partner to help shoulder some of the responsibilities?
These are all good things to keep in mind when you are considering starting an internet based home business. I’m not trying to discourage anyone, in fact I have an example of a business that a friend of mine started that might open your eyes to a new perspective.
MY FRIEND SHAWN – A RIDE FOR YOU BUSINESS
One of the most common misconceptions about making money online home base business, or with a home based business, is that you have to sell a product, or have a drop ship company, or spend countless hours stuffing envelopes or clicking on buttons for money (scam alert). My friend Shawn saw a need within his group of friends and family, and he decided to start an internet business around that need. He noticed that this group of people was always going out to sporting events and to concerts, but did not want to drive, or pay the high prices for a limousine service. His internet business revolves around people needing rides to and from events. He charges half the price of the limousine services and he offers to pick up his clients and drives them to the events in their own cars. When the event is over he picks them up at the venue, and then drives them home. No leaving your car in a parking lot somewhere or taking a smelly cab ride home. This entire business is run on the internet, out of his house. No need for an office. He still takes his business very seriously and gets up and is at work by 9:00 a.m., even if it is in his slippers!

You’re so right in that the first thing it takes to make money online is patience. Too many people fail to realize this and give up after a month of not making a ton of money like they expected. But with hard work and determination comes success.
